SELECTBOARD MINUTES
January 8, 2002
Present: Rick Barrows, Judy Bowden, Dave Fisk, Mark McMahon, Mary Spata,
Nan Vosberg and Roberta Howard
Reviewed budget materials. Will do some further investigations and review remaining budgets at next week's meeting.
Motion to establish town Energy Committee approved unanimously.
Appointed Richard Haugen member of the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Ajustment. Once Dennis Donahue is on the voting checklist in Thetford the board will appoint him as well.
Approved driveway permit for Frances Rich for her property on route 113.
Discussed concern about fencing on Brown property at corner of Schoolhouse and Clay roads which may limit road visibility at corner now that snow is upon it. Will consider placing stop sign or signs at corner. Mark McMahon will review with road commissioner.

Complete budget review
Interview candidate for part-time police officer position
Establish committee to hire new police chief
