Thetford Selectboard Emergency Meeting
Thursday, May 22, 2003
Present: Mark McMahon, Rick Barrows, Sara Ferguson, Mary Spata
Motion to enter executive session at 8:05 a.m. to discuss personnel concerns (McMahon/Barrows) unanimous.
Motion to exit executive session at 8:15 a.m. (Spata/Barrows) unanimous.
Motion to suspend town employee from police department with pay (Barrows/Ferguson) unanimous.
Mr. Sullivan and his attorney Chris Callahan joined the meeting to discuss temporary suspension. It was agreed Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Callahan would meet with selectboard at a later date to discuss concerns when town attorney Charlie Buttrey can join the discussion.
Motion to adjourn 8:30 a.m. (Spata/McMahon) unanimous.
